General Session (up to 6 people)
$150 for up to One Hour – Studio or Locations within 15 miles of studio.
$225 for up to Two Hours – Locations within 25 miles of studio.
$300 for up to Three Hours – Destination Locations
If you choose to be photographed on location and have a destination outside of the 25 mile radius, add a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile traveled to location. Additional people may be added at $10 per person.
Senior Session
$150 for up to One Hour – Studio or Locations within 15 miles of studio. Up to 2 outfit changes.
$225 for up to Two Hours – Locations within 25 miles of studio. Up to 4 outfit changes.
$300 for up to Three Hours – Destination Locations. Up to 6 outfit changes.
Please Note: Session fees include time and talent only, and are due at the time of booking. Session fees are non-refundable. 24 hour notice is required to cancel, unless due to sudden illness, at which time you will be rescheduled within the next month. Session fees do not include sales tax. All images belong to The Portrait Lady Photography and may be used for advertisement; i.e., website, social media, and studio display.
At the time you schedule your photo session, you will also be scheduled to view and order. This appointment will occur within two weeks of your photo session. Please bring all interested parties to view and order, allow two hours for this session.
All sessions are archived. After your view and order session there will be a $25 retrieval fee per session for viewing & ordering. If balance is not paid in full at the time of ordering, a credit card number must be provided to secure payment. This card will only be charged if final payment is not made within 30 days of order completion. If your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, you will be required to pay a processing fee of $50 in addition to the amount of the returned check.
